1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 77spins Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager through our services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the 77spins Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

77spins reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in temporary suspension of Account access pending verification.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each player may register only one Account on the 77spins Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You further agree to promptly update your Account information in the event that any details change. 77spins shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate information provided by a Player during registration or at any subsequent time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication tokens with any other person. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

77spins accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your Account verification status and selected payment method.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 77spins will not process deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not belonging to the Account holder may be held pending investigation and returned to the originating source.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 77spins Platform, software, or RNG systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 77spins staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Circumventing geo-restrictions, self-exclusion tools, or account limits through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77spins Platform — including but not limited to the 77spins name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game assets, software code, user interface elements, promotional materials, and any other creative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77spins or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77spins Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

11. Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 77spins' liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

77spins reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Instruction or direction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The Player being found to be under the age of 21.

In the event of Account termination for cause, 77spins reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, balances derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Balances derived from legitimate deposits may be returned to the originating payment method at 77spins' discretion after deducting any applicable administrative costs.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team. Any remaining Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

14. Amendments to These Terms
